Welcome to Fineline Counselling

When you begin to choose yourself, you may find a different way forward

Sometimes life feels heavier than you expected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right — talking to someone can make a real difference.

At Fineline Counselling, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgement or assumption.

Person-centred Counselling

A space that’s truly yours

Counselling isn’t about being told what to do or how to feel. It’s about having the room to explore what is going on for you, at your own pace with someone who is fully present. Some people come to counselling with something they want to focus on and it is perfectly natural to come to counselling not knowing where to start but with a sense of unease and uncertainty.

As a person-centred counsellor, my work is fundamentally rooted in the relationship between me and my client. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change and I know how much it matters to feel safe when you talk about the things that are the hardest to say.

What I can help with

Some people come to counselling with something specific they want to focus on. It is also perfectly natural to come to counselling with a sense of unease and uncertainty, not knowing what to say or where to start. There doesn’t have to be anything ‘wrong’ for there to be a need to talk. Working in a way that suits you, I work with 18+ adults on a wide range of concerns, including trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, low mood and depression.

Relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and lack of confidence can feel heavy and limiting. Seeking release and understanding such feelings can help to restore balance and healing in your life.

Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.

Sessions are available in-person at my consultation room in Chalfont St Peter, online via video or telephone - whichever feels most comfortable for you.
