  • Counselling is a space to talk openly about what is going on for you. It can help you make sense of your feelings and find a way to move forward in a way that feels right for you. Free from judgement where you can be yourself.

  • If something feels difficult, overwhelming or stuck, person-centred counselling can help. You don’t need a specific reason, just a sense that you’d like things to feel different.

  • The first session is a chance to meet, talk about what has brought you to counselling and see how it feels to work together. There is no pressure to share everything straightaway.

  • The length of time varies from person to person. Some people come for a few sessions, others for longer - it is something we can review together.scription text goes here

  • We can talk about whatever you feel is important to you. I will listen and work at your pace.

  • No. You are always in control of what you choose to bring.

    Counselling can be attended in-person or online via telephone or video call.

  • Each session is £65.

    Payment can be made in cash or via BACS

  • No preparation is needed. You can come exactly as you are.

  • Yes. You can end counselling whenever you choose. Where possible, planned endings are openly discussed.

  • The relationship between client and counsellor is one of the most important aspects of the process. I encourage you to find a counsellor your are comfortable with. You are free to talk about this and choose the counsellor you want

  • That is completely okay. Silence can part of the process and there is no expectation to fill it. If you feel like sitting quietly in the moment, that is what we will do.

  • Whatever you share will be kept confidential. there are a small number of situations where confidentiality may be broken where I have a legal obligation but any situation like that, will be discussed with you first wherever possible.
